  • Plan on 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes of your favourite exercise

3) Antimicrobial Herbs*

  • Oh, there are so many! Some personal favs are Elderberry, Echinacea, Oregano and Thyme

4) Nutrients*

  • Vit D, definitely all year around for us Canucks!
  • Vit C and zinc to stave off cold and flus

5) Nutrition

  • Consume less carbohydrates, sugar and processed foods, bacteria love sugar!
  • Load up on bright and dark coloured vegetables
  • Garlic and onions in everything!

6) Stay hydrated

  • Drink plenty of water. Squeeze in lemon or other citrus fruits for flavour and to load up on Vitamin C
  • Treat yourself to immune boosting herbal teas like ginger, chamomile and calendula—delish!
