Bekah Heintz, RMT

Bekah began her massage therapy education in Edmonton, Alberta, at MacEwan University before transferring to ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto, where she completed her education and graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Shortly after graduation, she became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Ontario before transferring her registration to British Columbia.

Bekah believes that effective massage therapy begins with understanding each client as an individual. She takes a collaborative and personalized approach to treatment, working with her clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and goals. Whether the goal is improving mobility, managing pain, or promoting relaxation, she creates treatment plans tailored to each person’s individual needs.

She is fascinated by the connection between physical health and overall well-being and recognizes the important role that physical health can play in supporting emotional, mental, and digestive wellness. Communication is an important part of her practice, and she takes the time to listen to her clients and ensure that their treatment approach feels both comfortable and effective.

Her clinical interests include prenatal massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial techniques. She incorporates a range of techniques, from gentle and relaxing approaches to deeper tissue work, depending on each client’s preferences and treatment goals.

Outside of the clinic, Bekah enjoys travelling, spending time with family, being outdoors, painting, reading, and playing sports such as volleyball and pickleball. She also enjoys weight training and staying active.
