ICBC will consider payment for Massage Therapy only for injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident and rehabilitation. In order to be considered for payment you will need a physicians referral to receive massage treatments, ICBC may pay for a maximum of 12 visits within the first 8 weeks of the date of the accident. Treatment outside of these time frames will not be paid unless your adjustor has agreed to do so in which a request for extension is required. ICBC will only cover $23 of the total cost per appointment. Once we have received confirmation from your ICBC claim adjustor we will bill ICBC directly for the $23 and you will need to pay the difference of the treatment provided.
Once approved we will need your BC care card number, ICBC Claim number, Adjustor’s name, contact information and fax number as well as the Date of the accident in order for us to be able to do direct billing.
